I feel I’m in great physical condition
My name is Charlotte. I’m 62 years old and I live in Menifee, Ca. I keep very busy with my small cleaning business. I feel I’m in great physical condition. I was introduced to Pilates by my daughter-in-law about 5 and a half years ago and fell in love with it. I work out twice a week at Studio S Pilates with my trainer Sunni, and try and work out a couple times a week at home on my wunda chair. I take private sessions and work out on the mat and apparatus.
I have solved some physical problems.
The trap table, the reformer and the baby chair are all favorites of mine. I can’t name a favorite exercise because I like so many, and honestly, I can never remember the names anyway. I have solved some physical problems. My sciatica and some minor back problems have definitely improved by going to my chiropractor and following up with Pilates.
I love everything about Pilates.
I love everything about Pilates. The challenges I’ve had to meet, the strength I’ve achieved, and my trainer Sunni to name a few. I really can’t think of anything I dislike about Pilates.
We practice classical
I study at Studio S Pilates with my trainer Sunni Almond. She has trained in a couple different types of Pilates, but we practice classical in her studio.My life has changed since Pilates. My goal is to master all beginning and intermediate moves on all the apparatuses. I want to continue getting better and stronger. I think Pilates is going to be around a long time.
Look and feel the best I can
I will definitely continue to study Pilates because I absolutely love it. Pilates is a form of exercise to develop strength, flexibility and balance. It’s more than a form of exercise to me. It has encouraged me to live a healthy life style and look and feel the best I can.
